NanoImpactNet Conference on 25th - 26th March 09 in Lausanne

This coming March, international experts in the field of Health and Environmental Impact of Nanomaterials will meet on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 March 2009 in Lausanne for the 1st NanoImpactNet Conference.

The first conference day will be divided into three sessions, each beginning with a summary of NanoImpactNet activities in the field followed by a presentation from a keynote speaker and presentations selected from submitted abstracts.
* Session 1: Human health and exposure
* Session 2: Environmental fate and effects
* Session 3: Life-cycle and risk assessment

The second conference day will start with several parallel sessions, each with a specific style.
* Poster Session: Guided poster viewing tours
* Stakeholder Session: Risk communications and management
* Session Good-Wiki on occupational practices by ICON
* Hearing of the Swiss TLV commission. (Participation is by invitation only)
